Fara is an executive and life coach who has a deep passion in people development with more than 20 years of experience. Obtaining credentialed as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she believes her purpose as a coach is to pave road for other people to understand their potential and find their best. Having communication skill as her strength to help people to be open, Fara helps people to discover each individual's treasure. As an executive coach, Fara has extensive experience in coaching leaders of state owned companies as well as in private sectors. Such experience helps leaders in finding their true north in facing their everyday challenges. As a life coach, Fara helps clients in finding clarities in different issues they are facing in life,  helps them to understand their strength and provoking their thoughts to act on insights gained during the session. Aside her role as a coach, Fara is a facilitator that certified from Facilitator from National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). She is also a senior consultant in an HR consulting company.
